Why I Chose AiChat? The 3-months journey has been a truly fruitful one. I had the opportunity to join AiChat as an intern from the NUS Overseas Colleges programme. The conversational chatbot is likely to play a large part in the future of digital marketing. With continued growth in messaging applications like WhatsApp, WeChat and Facebook Messenger, there is clearly a consumer demand for machine-based communications. In a survey by Usabilla at the start of 2019, 54% of respondents said they would always choose a chatbot over a human customer service representative if it saved them 10 minutes.
