AiChat's Story

Inspired by the successful phenomenon of WeChat, the co-founders started off the venture in late 2015 as a conversational commerce company providing digital concierge services via popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS. As they were seeking for ways to automate and scale the business, it led them into researching about AI and building a chatbot platform to manage the service better.

Due to many requests from the industry to use the platform, the founders decided to pivot the business and AiChat was officially founded in July 2016. Since then, the platform has evolved from a simple chatbot platform to a sophisticated AI-powered conversational experience platform to support beyond FAQs automation, but also bringing real business values that project the brand experience that can win new customers and retain existing ones. Today, AiChat is beyond a chatbot company, we are the leading AI-powered conversational experience solution provider, empowering many Fortune 2000 brands to build success stories across Asia.

We are a diverse team of experienced A.I technologists, conversational designers, chatbot developers and digital marketers from WPP, Microsoft, IBM and Accenture backed by strategic private investors who are formerly from Adobe, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
